Home Lantern Workshop Process Flow
The production of home lighting fixtures typically involves six key stages: design, mold development, material preparation, production, quality inspection, and packaging.
1.Design Phase
Create plans based on market research or client requirements.
2.Mold Development
Fabricate precision molds (±0.05mm tolerance) via 3D printing.
3.Material Preparation
Iron, stainless steel (durable), wood, paper woven and etc.
4.Production Stages
Metal Processing:Laser cutting → hydraulic pressing → welding → polishing.
Glass/Acrylic:CNC cutting → edge grinding → engraving.
Surface Treatment:Powder coating (matte/gloss) or electroplating (gold/bronze).
Final Assembly:Combine housing, optics, and electronics; install bulbs.
5.Quality & Packaging
6.Inspection&Packaging
Inspection: Check surface defects, assembly integrity, drop resistance.
Packaging:
Inner:Bubble wrap、Foam board 、 Pearl cotton、Paperboard
Outer: Crush-proof corrugated boxes with SKU/wattage labels.
